Q. Why not just use the larger tips?
A. Those tips require a more powerful pump. The EZ Dually needs a 1/2 GPM (gallons per minute) pump, the larger Tips ones need at least 3/4 GPM.
Q. How heavy is it?
A. The EZ Dually weighs less than a pound (0.7 lb).
Q. How do I clean it?
A. Simply run soapy water through it.
Q. Does the painter still overlap 50% when spraying?
A. No. Only a 25% overlap is needed because it's overlapping 50% in the center now.
Q. Why are the heads offset?
A. The heads are offset so that the fan tip from one tip doesn't interfere with the fantail from the other.

WHERE DOES 365FAMTOOLS SHIP FROM?
Normally, most of 365Famtool's in-stock products are shipped from the US and will be delivered in 4-7 business days. Some would be sent directly from our factories in Asian (will be shipped from our warehouses in Vietnam, Cambodia, India, etc.) & it will take 6-18 business days. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY DELIVERED PACKAGE?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don’t see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers’ electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it’s still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
